We conducted an opinion survey of transportation management experts at the 32nd Annual TIA Convention and Trade Show in Tucson, Ariz., on April 8th and 9th. Though 3Pls represented the majority of those completing the survey, other respondents were spread throughout a cross-section of attendees including shippers, carriers, and vendors.
