Position: Inside Sales Associate
Location: Raleigh, NC

This is an inside sales position with responsibility for initiating new customer contact and driving customer interest for the sales team with Fortune 2000 companies. This person should have knowledge of the sales process and have some basic understanding of computers or software. Transite will train this person within our industry and technology. The ideal candidate will have existing experience with inside or outside sales and able to originate phone calls to prospective customers and provides information about products and services. Supporting the sales process, responding to incoming calls from prospective customers, and working with Marketing to build and maintain prospect lists is part of the daily function.

Job Description:

• Person is expected to dial 45 numbers per day and generate customer interest in our products and services
• Primary directive is to provide sales support assistance to client services team
• Integrating with Marketing to help develop and execute lead development efforts
• Base plus commission

Requirements:

• Must have inside sales/telemarketer experience in C-level selling
• Excellent customer-facing communications skills
• Full time employment

Position: Systems Engineer (Entry Level)
Location: Raleigh, NC

The Implementation and Support Specialist’s role is unique within Transite because it’s both customer-facing as well as integrated in the development of product technology. The position works with customer implementations, some presales activities, works on scripting applications and more.

General Requirements:

• Applicant must be currently based in Raleigh or the surrounding area

Position Requirements

• Ability to easily and professionally communicate with customers
• Scripting: familiarity with basic scripting languages performing data manipulation and DB access ( Perl, Ruby )
• SQL: familiarity with relational databases, constructing queries, and transactions
• Web Development: understanding of web servers and scripted HTML generation
• Operating Systems: familiarity with Windows and Linux development environments
• Other: ability to utilize Access or Excel for data manipulation
• Some familiarity with the following is helpful: XML, SOAP, Excel, CSV, FTP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies

Position: Software Programmer (Microsoft .NET Framework specialist)
Location: Raleigh, NC

This position is a member of the technology team that creates and develops our software solutions. The position works with customer implementations, some presales activities, works on scripting applications and more.

• Applicant must be currently based in Raleigh or the surrounding area

Position Requirements

• Microsoft .NET Framework with SQL Server experience
• VB.NET and ASP.NET experience
• Ability to easily and professionally communicate
• Scripting: familiarity with basic scripting languages performing data manipulation and DB access ( Perl, Ruby )
• SQL: familiarity with relational databases, constructing queries, and transactions
• Web Development: understanding of web servers and scripted HTML generation
• Operating Systems: familiarity with Windows and Linux development environments (Linux not required, but helpful)
• Other: ability to utilize Access or Excel for data manipulation
• Familiarity with the following is desired: XML, SOAP, Excel, CSV, FTP, AJAX, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies
