Geoff has twenty years of experience in technology sales and management, with companies such as Pansophic and Siemens. Geoff has funded Transite from its inception in 2002 and has been the primary driver for product strategy, sales, and operations. Geoff is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Les Tofts – Chief Technology Officer

Les has held senior positions in several multinational organizations such as L’Arome, Shell Chemicals, and Innovative Logistics. With 30 years of experience, his depth of technology is well matched by his extensive domain knowledge in logistics and supply chain transportation. Les has received his master’s degree in chemistry from Northeast Wales Institute of Science and Technology.

Les Hamashima—Chief Marketing Officer

With more than 20 years of global marketing and corporate communications experience, Les has held senior management roles at Verizon, SAS and Motricity. He blends his range of prior roles and responsibilities to develop an efficient strategic marketing function that generates new revenue while integrating strong internal and external brand development and management. Les holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in journalism from the University of North Carolina.
